As a Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate at Jenni Kayne, you play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. This position supports receiving, order fulfillment, and returns/transfer processing within the distribution center.
Receiving
Responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of inbound inventory and system entry.

  • Unload and sort inbound shipments
  • Complete receiving documentation and apply pallet/carton labels
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
  • Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues related to packaging, labeling, or tagging
  • Communicate inventory arrivals and escalate discrepancies as needed
Order Fulfillment (DTC & Store Replenishment)
Ensure accurate, high-quality order processing across all outbound shipments.
  • Perform replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping functions in accordance with established standards
  • Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure shipment quality and completeness
  • Load and move carts to support order processing workflows
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
Returns & Transfers
Process returned merchandise and store transfers with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Unload and sort inbound returns and transfer shipments
  • Inspect items and record inventory in system
  • Determine inventory disposition in accordance with company guidelines
  • Perform processing tasks such as steaming garments, sorting items for cleaning, and preparing products for storage
  • Pack and organize inventory for redistribution or storage
Operations & Systems
  • Utilize warehouse technology including Chuck/6RS robots, handheld scanners, laptops, and other devices
  • Follow on-screen prompts and system instructions to complete tasks accurately
  • Participate in annual physical inventory and cycle counts as needed
Workplace Standards
  • Safety: Follow all safety protocols and remain aware of surroundings when working near machinery, carts, and equipment
  • Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment
  • Housekeeping: Contribute to overall facility cleanliness, including shared spaces such as breakrooms and restrooms
  • Team Support: Assist in additional operational areas as needed to support business needs
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Preferred Skills
  • 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
  • Basic technology proficiency, including handheld scanners and timekeeping systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to count and process inventory accurately
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability
  • Positive attitude and commitment to operational excellence
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to use carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move merchandise
  • Comfortable working around warehouse machinery such as forklifts and order pickers
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and exposure to dust
