Right Choice Psychological Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to fill a full-time remote position. • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on specific needs to foster improvement in emotional health and relationships.
• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address these areas.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities that best suit the client’s needs.
• Collaborate with team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care that encompasses all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

As a community health clinic, Right Choice Psychological Wellness Center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals and families from varied socioeconomic backgrounds. Clients may present with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship concerns and developmental challenges. The LMFT will play a critical role in providing culturally competent care tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in the state of California.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic approaches for individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience in a community health or clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Possession of additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., EMDR, DBT) is a plus.

Right Choice Psychological Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity.
