Experienced Rigger – Lead Complex Heavy Equipment and Industrial Moves with JPW Riggers, Inc.


Job Overview:

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Project Scope: Commercial and Industrial
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: CDL-A, OSHA 10


The Opportunity:

You will play a essential role in executing complex heavy equipment machinery moves and industrial rigging projects across the region. This position offers long-term stability and cross-training opportunities, allowing you to expand your trade skills within a company that values longevity and variety. You will split time between behind-the-wheel transport and hands-on field operations alongside an expert crew.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Transport, select, inspect, and assemble specialized rigging gear to ensure safe operations.
  • Execute precise setting, aligning, leveling, and maneuvering of heavy machinery on dynamic job sites.
  • Maintain a strict safety-first environment by enforcing state, OSHA, and company guidelines.
  • Partner directly with field crews, shop foremen, and project leads to hit production milestones.
  • Perform post-rigging inspections and breakdown equipment efficiently to keep projects on schedule.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional rigging and heavy equipment moving experience.
  • Active OSHA 10 certification.
  • Deep knowledge of rigging gear, load calculation, and spatial awareness on industrial sites.
  • Willingness to work in active field environments and perform rigging tasks outside the truck.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Practical welding experience.
  • Multi-trade exposure or an interest in expanding technical skills across related construction disciplines.
