In this position, you will receive a competitive base wage along with individual production incentive pay. The Assembler is responsible for performing bench assembly and machine operations to mass-produce products and components.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Read and follows bill of material and routing
  • Place parts in specified relationship to each other
  • Restock parts and adds coolant as needed
  • Tend to machines, such as milling, grinding, and drilling to perform required operations to product
  • Pack finished product in proper container
  • Read and follows work instructions and safety analyses sheet
  • Scan onto jobs via inventory collection device
  • Records information on process and sustainment sheets
  • Works at different workstations as production needs require
  • Support and sustain ISO procedures, Lean Manufacturing and 5-S efforts
  • Work on a line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line
  • Perform organizing and daily cleaning duties to ensure safe work area
  • Other duties may be assigned in support of production needs
