Job description

Description

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Route Delivery Driver / Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver beverage products and provide light service and maintenance on beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations.


If you enjoy working independently, being on the road, and solving hands-on mechanical issues while building strong customer relationships, this could be a great fit.


What You'll Do

Daily Route & Delivery Operations

  • Review and prepare daily delivery routes 
  • Load, scan, and deliver products (including CO2 cylinders) to customer locations 
  • Print and review daily load sheets and confirm truck inventory with the Warehouse Manager 
  • Ensure accurate product rotation and inventory control in the vehicle and at customer sites 

Customer Service & Account Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact during customer visits 
  • Manage deposits and assist with account settlement as needed 
  • Communicate service needs to Customer Service and Regional Manager 
  • Report customer concerns and equipment issues promptly 

Equipment Service & Maintenance

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on beverage dispensing equipment 
  • Install, replace, and remove CO2 cylinders at customer sites and warehouse 
  • Maintain organized vehicle parts inventory and keep equipment in working order 

Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle 
  • Follow all safety and driving standards and maintain a clean driving record 
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance as needed 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of route delivery or similar driving experience 
  • Mechanical aptitude (experience with beverage equipment a plus) 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Clean driving record 
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
