From thrilling rides to immersive water attractions and unique resort experiences, our park brings together excitement, connection, and tradition for families and guests.The Director of Maintenance is responsible for leading all Ride, Waterpark, Facility, Construction, and Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance activities at the property level to drive safety and the guest experience. This role translates enterprise strategy into localized execution while ensuring alignment between financial performance and the guest experience.This key senior leader sets the tone for the associate experience, champions safety, monitors and controls operating costs, manages staffing needs, and provides direction to the team.
