Join JC Grounds, a leading snow removal contractor, as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the upcoming winter season. We pride ourselves on our modern fleet, 95% of which is less than 3 years old and equipped with state-of-the-art features such as bluetooth radios, air-ride heated seats, and backup cameras. We value our employees' time and convenience, assigning work at commercial sites within a 15-30 minute commute and offering weekly direct deposit payments. Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, as operators must be available for all winter snow events, which may require extended hours based on severity. Currently looking for operators in Chelmsford, Lowell, Tewksbury, Billerica, Wilmington,

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps.
  • Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing.
  • Arrive on-time and ready to work.
  • Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events.
