Join JC Grounds, a leading snow removal contractor, as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the upcoming winter season. We pride ourselves on our modern fleet, 95% of which is less than 3 years old and equipped with state-of-the-art features such as bluetooth radios, air-ride heated seats, and backup cameras. We value our employees' time and convenience, assigning work at commercial sites within a 15-30 minute commute and offering weekly direct deposit payments. Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, as operators must be available for all winter snow events, which may require extended hours based on severity. Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps.
