Farm Operations Team Member Prairie Farm Company, Rice MN
This is a hands-on position with a mix of field work, equipment maintenance, equipment operation, and irrigation responsibilities.
Typical work includes:
Irrigation responsibilities
+ Monitoring irrigation throughout the season
+ Troubleshooting and fixing irrigation issues when they arise Farm operations
+ Operating tractors and other farm equipment
+ Helping with diverse planting and harvest tasks
+ Hauling crops and materials
+ Equipment maintenance and repairs
+ Shop work and general farm maintenance
+ Helping with crop storage and handling

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
