As one of the fastest-growing independent RIAs in the Pacific Northwest, we continue to expand our operational infrastructure, advisor platform, and client experience while maintaining the white-glove service our clients expect.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Wealth Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, supporting advisors, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, possess strong operational knowledge within an RIA environment, and hold an active Series 65 or Series 66 license. Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and Orion Advisor Technology is strongly preferred.


This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Bellevue, Washington office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Operations & Workflow Management

  • Serve as a primary operational resource for advisors and clients, ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally
  • Process and oversee account opening, ACAT transfers, money movement requests, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance activities
  • Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure timely completion of client and custodial requests
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal compliance standards and custodial requirements prior to submission
  • Coordinate client onboarding and account transition processes across custodial platforms
  • Partner directly with Charles Schwab service teams to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery
  • Maintain organized client records, workflow tracking, and operational reporting within firm systems


Advisor & Client Support

  • Deliver a white-glove client experience through proactive communication and exceptional execution
  • Prepare operational forms, client correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
  • Assist advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up items, and ongoing service initiatives
  • Act as a key liaison between advisors, clients, custodians, and internal departments


Technology & Process Improvement

Maintain proficiency in:

  • Schwab Advisor Center
  • Orion Advisor Technology
  • Redtail CRM
  • DocuSign
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the scalability of the firm's operational infrastructure
  • Participate in operational initiatives that support Asset One's continued growth and advisor onboarding efforts


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management operations, RIA operations, or financial services client support
  • Direct experience supporting clients
  • Strong understanding of custodial operations, including account opening, ACAT transfers, money movement, and account maintenance
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through


Preferred

  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 license
  • Experience working within Charles Schwab Advisor Center
  • Experience using Orion Advisor Technology
  • Experience within an independent RIA environment
  • Experience with Redtail CRM and workflow management systems
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting advisor transitions from broker-dealers, wirehouses, banks, or other RIAs, including account transfers, repapering efforts, custodial onboarding, and transition project management


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, in-person position located in Bellevue, Washington. Remote work is not available for this role.
