We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Product Management team to help us continue designing and building our industry-leading CAMA platform.
Role Summary
We are actively seeking a creative, motivated, and self-starting Product Manager to join our fast-paced organization. In this role, you will help drive the functional and strategic direction of our diverse software portfolio, with an emphasis on our CAMA and Tax products.
You will play a pivotal role in leading the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement-ensuring our solutions effectively meet the evolving needs of our growing customer base.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the property appraisal and assessment domain, coupled with experience or background in software product management. As part of the Vision Product Management Team, you will:
  • Produce and maintain the Product Roadmap
  • Translate complex regulatory, market, and contractual requirements into clear and intuitive software designs and requirements
  • Set and manage customer expectations for key deliverables throughout the design and delivery process
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including:
    • Existing and prospective customers
    • Software Engineering teams
    • Implementation teams
    • Sales and Marketing teams
    • Customer Support teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Product Owner for the CAMA product, responsible for backlog prioritization, requirement & acceptance criteria definition, story decomposition and delivery acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute a cohesive software delivery roadmap, balancing the needs of our current customer base with strategic expansion into new markets and revenue opportunities
  • Contribute to and help drive a product roadmap that maximizes customer satisfaction and corporate profitability over a multi-year period
    • Proactively engage with customers (via surveys, interviews, advisory boards, user groups, etc.) to deeply understand their challenges, pain points, and evolving needs within the CAMA and Tax markets, and to inform the product backlog appropriately.
    • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to influence build-vs-partner decisions
    • Act as an Ambassador of Vision, actively engaging with the client to manage expectations, both pre and post delivery .
  • Use customer and market insights to support product backlog prioritization and sprint planning
  • Assist with developing and coordinating both internal and customer-facing communications regarding product initiatives
  • Participate, as needed, in the internal sales RFP response process from a Product and Engineering perspective
  • Assist in evaluating new market requirements and product positioning
  • Produce illustrative documents or presentations as necessary to effectively communicate deliverables or timelines across the organization or to stakeholders. This will range from design documents and roadmaps, to executive and marketing oriented materials.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the software development or property assessment industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven project management knowledge and practices to manage cross-functional efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders both internal and externally in nature
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • A strong customer-delivery mindset, demonstrated through a willingness to work closely with fellow team members
