Job description

Hiring: Senior RF Test Engineer

Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite)

Full-Time / Permanent Position

We''re seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to support the development and validation of advanced semiconductor and high-frequency products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems for RF and electronic products
• Perform calibration, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of RF devices and modules using automated and manual test equipment
• Analyze test results, identify performance trends, and generate technical reports
• Create and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and ongoing product performance
• Participate in RF test strategy development, equipment selection, and process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and manufacturing readiness
• Provide technical guidance and training to test technicians and support teams

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in RF testing, test development, and automated test systems
• Strong understanding of RF components including amplifiers, attenuators, splitters, mixers, and frequency conversion devices
• Solid knowledge of RF measurement techniques and test methodologies
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies such as SPC, DOE, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as JMP or similar platforms
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, LabVIEW, C, C++, or similar languages
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
