Job Description

·         Lead electro/mechanical design efforts for a diverse range of aviation components using SolidWorks

·         Design exterior lights, landing modules, cockpit switches, and indicator light switches for aerospace applications

·         Drive new product development initiatives and contribute to innovative design solutions

·         Manage and maintain comprehensive bills of materials throughout the product lifecycle

·         Collaborate with OEM samples and the New Product Development team to reverse engineer customer drawings

·         Partner with project engineers and cross-functional team members to develop and refine design concepts

·         Apply GD&T techniques to accurately convey design intent across all engineering documentation

Key Requirements 

·                     BS in Engineering (required)

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering design, with a strong preference for aerospace product design

·                     Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks
