- Using simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, Sonnet, or equivalent platforms
- Analyzing ferrite performance in a variety of environments while accounting for material property shifts and thermal effects
- Collaborating with design engineers to optimize component topologies for insertion loss, return loss, and stopband rejection
- Supporting prototype builds by generating simulation-to-hardware correlation analysis
- Documenting simulation methodologies, assumptions, and results for design reviews
- Interfacing with test teams to validate simulation models against measured data
- Contributing to design of experiments and sensitivity analyses
- Supporting multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced RF engineering environment
- Running simulations and providing design support as needed
- Supporting new product development efforts for RF components, filters, amplifiers, frequency converters, and related technologies
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, testing, and production teams to support project timelines and product performance
- Helping improve first-pass success through strong simulation practices, validation, and design support
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field required
- 3+ years of RF or microwave simulation experience required
