Long Wave Inc. isseekinganearly- ormid-careerRF Engineerto take ownership ofantennadesignfor Department ofWar(DoW) programs. This role is suited for engineers with several years of experienceor advanced degree(s)whocan develop RF subsystems, manage requirements, perform tests, and document the results.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. AntennaDesignand Development:Lead thedesign anddevelopmentof antenna components.
  1. RF System Architecture:Providemajor inputsto RF system architecture and shape the future ofRF productsat Long Wave Inc.Provide technicalinputsin system architecture and integration.Supportkey design decisions, conduct trade studies, and ensure solutions meet performance and safety standards.
  1. Technical Documentation:Generate and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, interface definitions, and test artifacts, for internal and customer use.
  1. Troubleshooting:Performtroubleshootingto analyze the differences between simulated and measured performance and behavior.
  1. Testing:Performlab and fieldtestingof designed components.Helpdemonstrate products and view each test as an opportunity to find new improvements.
  1. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Conditions:

Employeewill be working within an office environment.Employeemay be expected to travel on occasion(up to 20%)to locations where specific PPE or attire is necessary.
