Job Title: Specialist Inventory & DC Operations Support

Location: Primary NJ2 Warehouse (159 Milford Rd, East Windsor, NJ 08520 HQ Attendance: Frequent presence required at Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Travel: ~20% domestic travel for warehouse operational support

Position Summary Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Specialist to support inventory management and distribution center (DC) operations with a focus on BOX Damage handling and Rework support. The role involves daily coordination of non-good set inventory, purchase order (PO) tracking, and return processes to ensure accurate inventory flow and timely issue resolution. This position is based at NJ2 warehouse with frequent visits to HQ and other U.S. warehouse sites.

Key Responsibilities Box Damage & Rework - Track BOXDMG inventory. - Assist in executing rework activities to restore inventory to shippable condition. - Monitor rework status and report progress to HQ. - Collaborate with DC teams to ensure damaged/reworked products meet customer and HQ standards. Inventory & PO Management - Manage inventory accuracy across all company's warehouses. - Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) using GERP and inventory management systems. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies through audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories (PI). Process & Operational Support - Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory and rework. - Communicate effectively with HQ, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.

Travel (~20%) to HQ and DC to support operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. 23 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and PowerPoint. Familiarity with inventory systems (GERP, WMS, TMS) preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment. Preferred: Experience with box damage or rework processes. Required: Willingness to travel domestically for warehouse operational support.
