Become a Key Player as a FAA - Production Assembler 2

You will help the team build, rework, and test electrical/electronic assemblies to meet customer specifications and quality standards. You will work onsite on a 1st-shift, Monday–Friday schedule (early start between 5am–8am) with occasional evening/weekend overtime. Your work supports production teams and supervisors in a high-safety, compliance-driven environment.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform disassembly, assembly, rework, and minimal testing of electrical/electronic equipment
  • Use electric soldering equipment to IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standards and perform conformal coating, marking, and adhesive bonding
  • Cut, prepare, and pre-tin wires; prepare batteries; apply finishing processes
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and complete work per specifications and procedures under direct or limited supervision
  • Inspect your own and peers' work to ensure conformity with drawings and customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and adhere to 6S standards
  • Assist other departments, perform additional duties as assigned, and support training/development tasks
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment or completion of OJT for at least 5 products
  • Hands-on PCB assembly or rework experience (through-hole, SMT) and experience using hand tools such as soldering irons
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electric soldering gun; skilled at soldering, brazing, or simple welding tasks
  • Ability to read and comprehend regulations, instructions, and company documents in English
  • Proficient with applicable tools, equipment, and inspection aids
  • Good manual dexterity to work with small parts and ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
  • Willingness to work all shifts and be available for overtime and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to comply with Drug-Free Workplace policies and pass drug/alcohol screenings; this is a safety-sensitive role subject to random drug testing
  • Candidate must pass a hands-on assessment to advance to in-person interview
