Job description


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Normal work schedule is 7am - 6pm Monday thru Friday and is subject to change due to demands. Manager may change schedule depending on needs.
  • Will be required to be on call at various times as needed and will be communicated by manager.
  • Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
  • Learn to operate various types of forklifts and cranes.
  • Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adhere to all HSE and Quality requirements.
  • Complete all relevant company web-based training.
  • 5S and housekeeping tasks as required by procedures.
  • Perform counts on all tools annually for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors or in-house machinist for rework of components.
  • Update components in TAT.
  • Upload various documents to OnBase, TAT or EDS as required.
  • Follow all SSP's and procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Communicate with shift supervisors about component needs daily.
  • Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment.
  • Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by supervisor.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
  • Must be familiar with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willing to learn our company systems TAT and EDS
