We are actively seeking an Inspector (as known as Finisher, Slitter, Rewinder in the printing industry) to join our Exton team. If you are looking for a new opportunity with a leading packaging company, ProAmpac is looking for you to join our team!

The Inspector’s responsibility is to ensure the final product (label) is within the standards and specifications of the customer. The work includes reviewing and understanding the job sheets, completing the required documentation, setting up the job on the machine, monitoring the inspection run and removing any defective product. In the course of our work at ProAmpac all employees are expected to work safely and adhere to all quality standards. 

We work on three shifts:

  • 1st works Monday through Friday (6a until 2p)
  • 2nd works Monday through Friday (2p until 10p)
  • 3rd works Sunday night through Friday morning (10p until 6a)

Any shift is available however training takes place on 1st shift for at least one month.

For consideration we ask for a work history of at least five years, excellent attention to detail, ability to understand and apply job instructions, ability to read a ruler with a strong understanding of common mathematical concepts as well as the ability to recognize and match colors.
