POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Property Care Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine condition of our vacation rental properties.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your main objective is to ensure every property is impeccably presented, addressing any issues proactively and developing solutions to enhance guest experiences. Most of your week will revolve around performing meticulous inspections at properties, coordinating with various teams, and managing daily schedules from our central office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform weekly inspections and initial evaluations of new properties, including inventory checks and documentation for housekeeping.

  • Manage annual inventories to assess the condition of home items, compile deficiencies, and facilitate replacement approvals.

  • Oversee all property maintenance, coordinating with the Iron Horse team and external contractors as needed.

  • Properly prepare properties for guest arrivals and departures, maintaining high presentation standards.

  • Act as the primary knowledge resource for all assigned properties and assist other managers as necessary.

  • Handle logistical tasks such as the delivery and proper placement of property-related packages.

  • Provide initial home tours to top-tier luxury home guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years experience in property management or similar field

  • Highly organized, with demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple information streams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and provide guest services.

  • Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to property issues.

  • Experience with inventory management and logistics.

  • Commitment to maintaining a professional work environment and high service standards.

  • The ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $22 - $25 based on experience and achievement
