Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

As the Senior Manager in our Healthcare Digital CRM team, you will:

  • Lead and direct teams in complex engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments.
  • Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of consulting experience.
  • 6 + years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
  • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation CRM projects
  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
  • Huron requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 50% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
  • Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Experience and ability to lead teams of architects, business analysts, project manager, developers (on-shore and offshore), QA, deployment in a hybrid-agile methodology.
  • Experience and ability to effectively communicate and lead client teams in both business and technical environments.
  • Experience in Healthcare (Provider and/or Payer) industry.
  • Knowledge of Patient/Member marketing and engagement
  • Experience and ability to participate in and potentially be lead SME in early and late-stage sales assist opportunities including working with the Salesforce channel.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com applications
  • Experience defining business solutions leveraging Salesforce.com
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Develop others by sharing expertise, coaching, and mentoring
  • Support development of proposal response and development of statements of work

The estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $190,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $198,000 - $228,000 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
