Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will lead and elevate our supply chain operations at a pivotal stage of organizational growth. This is a senior-level leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who will take full ownership of procurement and warehousing. This role will focus on the foundation of our materials lifecycle, serving as the critical handoff point to our compounding team for downstream manufacturing, storage, and distribution. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will step into a stable, capable team and be empowered to make an immediate impact by rationalizing our current multi-system environment into a cohesive, efficient, and scalable operation. A central focus of this role will be assessing, improving, and normalizing our existing infrastructure across multiple platforms while bringing clarity, consistency, and rigor to the systems that drive our supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply chain operations with a primary focus on procurement and warehousing, managing the full materials lifecycle from sourcing through handoff to compounding
- Assess, rationalize, and improve Revive RX's current multi-platform inventory management environment; lead migration toward a consolidated, best-in-class solution
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs; identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions with accountability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a stable team of supply chain professionals in a collaborative, performance-driven culture
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, compounding) to forecast demand and ensure product availability
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements including applicable FDA guidelines and standards for drug material sourcing
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives throughout the supply chain
- Monitor industry trends and integrate innovative tools and methods to strengthen supply chain resilience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive supply chain experience
- 2-3 years in a leadership or senior manager capacity
- Proven expertise in procurement and warehousing operations, with hands-on ownership of the upstream materials lifecycle
- Strong background in inventory management systems-system-agnostic candidates welcome (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/SCM platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, consolidate, or improve fragmented multi-system environments
- Strong background in establishing a cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand, supply, and financial plans
- Familiar with establishing and maintaining industry standards for supply chain within procurement and warehousing operations
- Familiar with clear communication through planning, scheduling, and running an S&OP process
- Familiar with leading and developing a team to execute best practices within supply chain
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to regulatory compliance, ethical sourcing, and sustainable practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or compounding pharmacy supply chains strongly preferred (e.g., familiarity with drug material sourcing, pharma-grade suppliers, and FDA standards)
- Background in manufacturing environments with experience in production scheduling and lean operations
- Prior experience leading system consolidation or ERP/SCM implementation projects
- APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent supply chain certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Indoor, climate-controlled compounding and warehouse facility
- Fast-paced, high-urgency setting with frequent priority shifts driven by prescription volume and supply disruptions
- Collaborative, cross-functional environment requiring daily interaction with pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams
- May require occasional off-hours availability to respond to critical supply shortages or vendor issues
- Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods
- Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or supply shipments up to 30-50 lbs
