As a remote team member at Revive, you will collaborate with a group of dedicated and skilled professionals in an outpatient setting, emphasizing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. • Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients, particularly women aged 35-55, in managing challenges like anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship issues, and stress.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Craft customized treatment plans after thorough assessments to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, integrating both established and innovative therapeutic methods.
• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Leverage secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions seamlessly, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience while safeguarding client privacy.
• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and providing continuous support to help clients meet their mental health goals.
• Collaborate with Team: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and make referrals to other specialists when appropriate, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

Our primary focus is on providing mental health services to women experiencing significant life transitions and stressors, particularly those in the age group of 35 to 55. • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active LPCC license in the state of California is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience is essential, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapy techniques.
