Help Homeowners. Build Relationships. Build a Six-Figure Career.

Are you a high-performing outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people through important life decisions?

Revival Homebuyer is looking for a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team in the Tampa Bay area. This is a field-based, consultative sales role where you'll meet directly with homeowners, evaluate their situation, and provide honest, straightforward solutions for selling their home.

Every appointment is different. One day you may be helping a family through probate. The next, assisting someone relocating, downsizing, facing major repairs, or navigating another challenging life transition. If you thrive in face-to-face conversations and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Meet with qualified homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area who have requested to speak with us.
  • Conduct in-home property evaluations using our proven acquisition process.
  • Build trust and guide homeowners through their available selling options.
  • Present and negotiate fair, win-win cash offers.
  • Maintain accurate notes and manage opportunities within our CRM.
  • Follow up consistently throughout the sales process.
  • Represent Revival Homebuyer with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to serving homeowners well.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of outside or consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Resimpli, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (this is a mobile, field-based position).
  • Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first culture.
  • A growth mindset with a desire to be coached and continuously improve.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

  • In-home remodeling sales (windows, roofing, kitchens, baths, HVAC)
  • Restoration sales (water, fire, mold)
  • Construction estimating or project management
  • Residential appraisals
  • Home inspections
  • Insurance adjusting or property claims
  • Other consultative, in-home sales roles
Compensation & Benefits
  • Top performers earn $100,000–$120,000+ during their first year.
  • As you develop mastery in the role, $200,000+ annual earnings are achievable.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Performance bonuses and incentives.
  • Ongoing sales training and professional development.
  • Opportunities for career growth and leadership.
  • Supportive, team-first culture focused on growth and excellence.
