Job description

Job Title: Revit DrafterJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Revit modeling and preparation of shop drawings for field installation.

Responsibilities
  • Take direction from coordination teams.
  • Model in Revit as needed.
  • Setup Revit views and sheets in preparation for shop drawings.
  • Annotate and dimension shop drawings for field installation.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to annotate in Revit.
  • Knowledge and experience in construction, blueprints, and architectural drawings.
  • Understanding of electrical design and BIM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Associates degree in computer design field or equivalent technical school experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction field, preferred.
  • Complex problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in Computer Aided Design for M/E/P construction or systems manufacturing.
  • Experience in developing BIM models for M/E/P construction.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Work Environment

The position requires working in an office setting with occasional options to work remotely. Collaboration with other BIM detailers is essential, and site visits will be necessary. Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
