About the Role

Hidden Talent is recruiting a full-time, on-site Revit Drafter / Architectural Technician on behalf of Work Architecture to support project teams through high-quality drafting, Revit modeling, and construction documentation.

This role is heavily production-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and helping improve standards across the office.

Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate Revit models and construction documents
  • Support project teams with drafting, modeling, and technical documentation
  • Assist with BIM coordination and file setup
  • Maintain Revit standards, templates, and documentation consistency
  • Coordinate technical details across disciplines
  • Support project teams by troubleshooting issues and improving efficiency
  • Assist with Revit content libraries and family creation
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Designers to ensure projects move smoothly
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Revit-focused experience within an architecture firm
  • Strong Revit skills required
  • CAD experience preferred
  • Experience producing construction documents
  • Understanding of drafting standards and architectural detailing
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape preferred
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
