What You'll DoAs a Design Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients from inspiration to installation.
Responsibilities include:
Design & Client Experience- Guide clients through luxury furnishing selections and design decisions
- Lead showroom consultations, house calls, and full-space planning
- Recommend layouts, colors, fabrics, and product combinations
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience
- Build long-term relationships and referral opportunities
Sales & Project Leadership- Manage projects from consultation through delivery and follow-up
- Maintain strong communication during custom order timelines
- Track open orders and ensure exceptional follow-through
- Work toward annual sales goals and team performance milestones
Showroom & Team Support- Maintain an inspiring, organized design environment
- Support merchandising updates and showroom refreshes
- Assist with white glove deliveries and installation coordination
- Collaborate closely with leadership and fellow consultants
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who naturally blends design confidence, relationship-building, and sales excellence.
Required Qualifications- Experience in interior design, luxury furnishings, or related design industry
- Retail, consultative sales, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel locally for house calls (typically within 30 miles)
Preferred Backgrounds- Interior Design
- Home furnishings
- Luxury retail
- Merchandising or textiles
- Lifestyle, fashion, or premium customer experience environments

Compensation & Benefits- $22$24/hour base pay
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities

$60,000$70,000+

Two Saturdays per month: 9:30 AM5:00 PM
(Alternate weekday off provided)
