BIM Precast Modeler/Coordinator

DEVITA is currently accepting resumes for Revit Precast Modeler/Coordinators. Due to increasing workload, we are seeking new valuable team members. BIM Precast Modeler/Coordinators are responsible for:

  • Creation of precast models using Revit
  • Coordination with the client as well as other engineering disciplines
  • Coordinating drafting team activities necessary to complete projects
  • Handling project assignments and work schedules
  • Detailing structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities. Systems include steel, concrete, and masonry. Precast concrete experience a plus
  • Manage client projects as they pertain to precast drafting
  • Supervising and checking the work of structural designers and sub-consultants
  • Coordinating technical project requirements with project team members, including clients, project managers, designers, and engineers, as well as other disciplines


Qualifications:

  • Experience with the precast concrete design industry a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit modeling software (5+ years)
  • Experience in AutoCAD a plus
  • Associate's degree in related field a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
