Senior BIM Design Specialist
Join a dynamic engineering team delivering innovative MEP/FP solutions across healthcare, science & technology, and commercial markets. We are seeking a Senior BIM Design Specialist to lead BIM standards, automation, and computational design initiatives that elevate quality and project efficiency. In this role, you"ll champion advanced BIM methodologies, develop custom tools, enhance automation workflows, and support multidisciplinary design teams in producing high quality, coordinated models.
What You"ll Do
Client & Team Collaboration
* Communicate BIM strategies and technology solutions to internal teams and clients.
* Participate in coordination meetings to resolve design and modeling challenges.
BIM Design & Construction Technology
* Create and maintain Dynamo scripts to streamline workflows.
* Implement, manage, and enforce BIM standards across multiple projects.
* Integrate computational design methodologies with project teams.
* Ensure models align with project requirements and quality expectations.
Technical Leadership & Quality Control
* Act as a subject matter expert in Revit and BIM automation tools.
* Stay current on emerging technologies and scripting languages.

Compensation
