Balancing the need for comprehensive controls with maintaining a positive customer experience can also present challenges. Additionally, staying ahead of evolving fraud tactics and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements require continuous learning and adaptation. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as these managers work closely with departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure successful policy adoption and minimize revenue leakage.
