What is a returns manager?

Returns Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the process of product returns within a company. They coordinate the receipt, inspection, and disposition of returned goods, ensuring that company policies and customer satisfaction standards are met. Returns Managers work closely with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline returns procedures, minimize losses, and improve the overall returns experience.
