The position reports to the HR Manager, and works closely with General Manager.Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve results & seeking the opportunity to grow as an HR Professional?Job responsibilities:Managing day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.Maintaining employee records physically and electronically.Maintaining HR records by recording new hires, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking leave of absence, etc.One stop shop for answering all employee-related queries about HR policies and, programs.Onboarding new hires, delivering Orientation presentation.Supporting management in the audits and annual performance reviews.Coordinating health and safety needs.
