As a Junior Parts Associate, you'll play a vital role in the efficient functioning of the shop. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of parts management. Let's delve into the details:
  1. Daily Parts Operations:
    • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts.
    • Match parts accurately to ensure correctness.
    • Distribute parts efficiently within the shop.
  2. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:
    • Keep the parts area clean and well-organized.
    • Ensure parts are easily accessible for the team.
  3. Assisting with Returns and Invoicing:
    • Under proper training, handle returns and invoicing tasks.

Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to work effectively in a high-productivity work environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze situations and find solutions.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with parts ordering software.
