Job description

(HYBRID/REMOTE/ATLANTA)
Alloy is an integrated marketing agency. We specialize in helping brands across the full funnel, from designing and developing digital solutions and brands that inspire, to creating complete communication offerings and performance marketing campaigns. Our cross-channel solutions help innovative brands engage with their buyers, shape public opinion, build lasting influence, create new categories, and accelerate growth and market share.
Behind it all is a group of nerds, rebels and creatives. We've been called a Best Place to Work (10 times and counting, to be exact). And we're growing this Uncommon Crew.
Details of the Engagement Lead Role
Alloy is looking for an Engagement Lead to own the delivery lifecycle for our largest, most complex accounts. This role spans strategy, delivery and outcomes, ensuring the engagement is high functioning and we're sustainably delivering meaningful, high-value work for both the client and the agency.. You'll sit at the center of every engagement you lead - connecting what the client needs to what we're delivering, both from a product and results perspective. This includes guiding the strategic direction of account work, bringing the right people into the room across our Experience, Technology, Martech, Media and Organic Growth departments, and collaborating tightly with the account team to deliver well thought out solutions and quality work.
This is a strategic role - not an operational one - for someone who can hold a client's trust and a project's details at the same time.
What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day client communication at the big-picture level
  • Set strategic direction for the work, and protect decision integrity across the account; connect client goals to internal execution - develop clear, actionable briefs, align the team around them, and make sure what we deliver is actually what the client asked for, and what they need .
  • Drive roadmap strategy and decide which initiatives matter most, and the order of priorities.
  • Coordinate across capabilities, manage dependencies, and get ahead of risks in partnership with account managers before they become a problem.
  • Ensure the account is consistently optimizing and demonstrating value, tying the work back to measurable business results.
  • Own strategic deliverables where your own expertise moves the work forward.
What you'll bring
  • 10+ years in account management, engagement management, or project management at a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
  • A track record of running multiple client relationships and cross-functional teams at once, without dropping the details on any of them.
  • Deep knowledge of how digital and creative campaigns actually get made.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, and the composure to guide senior level clients effectively.
  • A collaborative approach to working .
  • Strong ability to apply new approaches, tools, technology or methodologies to solve problems or deliver better results; proactively leverages AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini and/or ChatGPT to drive efficiencies and strong work output

The Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • A flexible, hybrid/remote work model
  • Responsibly Unlimited PTO + 10 additional agency-wide holidays Summer Fridays
  • 401(k) match
  • 6-year workiversary paid sabbatical
  • Medical and dental benefits (including HSA/FSA)
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Professional development stipend annually
  • Annual retreats
  • Cell phone reimbursement

Inclusivity and respect are two virtues that this company was built on from day one. Alloy does not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected category. We want the best people, and it doesn't matter what you look like or who your friends are. We also believe that the workplace should be comfortable and safe.
