PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our Marketing Team. As the Graphic Designer at PennEngineering, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

This role is Part Time, approximately 25 to 27 hours a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We're looking for a part-time, hands-on Graphic Designer to join the PennEngineering Global Marketing team. You'll create high-quality B2B visuals-from social media and digital ads to marketing collateral and tradeshow graphics-that bring our 9 business units to life while staying true to our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging visual, from concept to completion, for diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Create and modify high-impact visuals for digital advertising, social media, and print materials, and international standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop concepts from ideation to final deliverables.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and versatility in print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to work effectively on a part-time basis. Able to balance multiple projects, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with DAMs and utilizing AI tools

Preferred Skills (nice to have):
  • Experience in B2B marketing or corporate brand management.
  • Editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation using Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma.
  • Knowledge of photography and photo retouching.
  • Experience designing with Canva
