Job description

Primary Responsibilities
This role is an extension of the OCM and Planner of the Cell
Provide two-way dialogue brining forward value stream needs or priorities while highlighting critical issues impacting plant site ability to perform
Attend daily alignment Meetings with Product Line Leaders and provide updated performance to plan status, X-Chart analysis, and help need / subsequent actions
Hands on to resolve cell issues such as quality, capacity, material escalation, etc
Utilize X-Chart information to identify material shortages 90+ Days and 6 months ahead and create LOBs
Continuous communication with OCMs to work and remove issues preventing production execution
Work with Operations Center Manager and Cell Leads for production questions, prioritization requests and cell recovery commits
Support the CSM Ops Leaders in the plant site monthly commit process
Responsible for OEM and AM LRU Delivery
Support and assist in prioritization of requirement within the plant site
Participate value stream strategic alignment with Operations Leads and OCM’s
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Previous experience in process analysis, areas for improvement, and continuous improvement.
