A Retirement Planner helps individuals and families prepare for financial security in retirement by assessing savings, investments, and future income needs. They create personalized retirement plans, recommend investment strategies, and account for factors like inflation, taxes, and healthcare costs. Exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to explain complex financial topics in simple terms help candidates excel in this role. These qualifications are essential for building trust with clients and delivering tailored retirement solutions that meet their long-term financial goals.

What are the most common challenges retirement planners face in their daily work?
