What You'll Do

Housekeepers help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and employees throughout the community.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, and public spaces; vacuuming and mopping floors; dusting furniture and fixtures; making beds; collecting trash; restocking supplies; cleaning windows and doors; and helping maintain housekeeping equipment and carts.

You'll work closely with the Environmental Services team to ensure the community consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

What You Bring

· Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, hotel, healthcare, or environmental services experience preferred, but not required

· Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Positive attitude and commitment to quality work

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

· Ability to follow safety procedures and infection control practices

· Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the workday

· Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
