RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Per Diem

Manchester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a Five-Star, 126-bed skilled nursing facility providing subacute rehabilitation and long-term care. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Per Diem Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

The RN Supervisor oversees facility nursing operations during the assigned shift, supports charge nurses and CNAs, and ensures residents receive safe, timely, and high-quality care. This position requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, organization, and the ability to manage staff and respond confidently to changing situations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing operations during the assigned shift

  • Assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff

  • Support charge nurses, CNAs, and other clinical personnel

  • Monitor resident care and respond promptly to changes in condition

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and emergencies

  • Communicate with providers, residents, families, and nursing leadership

  • Address staffing, performance, and policy-compliance concerns

  • Ensure accurate documentation and completion of required reports
