Job Summary

Pro Med Healthcare Services is hiringย Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)ย forย hospice home careย acrossย Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. This role offersย flexible scheduling, day and night shifts, and the opportunity to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes. Assignments are available inย Town 'n' Country, Lutz, Carrollwood, Brandon, Riverview, and surrounding communities. Candidates are matched to cases based on location and availability. Shift Options

  • Day Shift:ย 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift:ย 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in the home
  • Deliver patient-centered, comfort-focused end-of-life care
  • Follow individualized plans of care under RN supervision
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes or adverse reactions
  • Assist physicians and Registered Nurses with care delivery
  • Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and comfort measures
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements
