Job Title: RN/LPN Per Diem


Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality resident care across various shifts, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.


Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct patient care to residents in accordance with established care plans.

- Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and care options.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice.

- Current BLS (CPR) certification
