Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation for a caseload of post-acute and long-term residents.
  • Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per provider orders and facility policy.
  • Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support safe transitions and positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered RN licence in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 1 year recent experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute rehab preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred; IV, wound, and dementia care experience a plus.
  • Ability to work 8-hour evening and/or night shifts and commute reliably to Gettysburg, PA.
