PT Registered Nurse (RN) – Every Other Weekend Days

Lauderdale County Jail | Lauderdale County, MS

Position Details:

  • Location: Lauderdale County Jail

  • Position: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Schedule: Every Other Weekend | Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct patient care and monitor patient symptoms, reactions, and progress

  • Perform physical assessments and apply sound clinical judgment

  • Administer medications per nursing standards and correctional guidelines

  • Implement and follow established treatment plans

  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

  • Document care accurately while working within state scope of practice and provider direction
