Duties
Help

• You will utilize a variety of methods, procedures and techniques to manufacture, adjust, relocate, maintain, align, and install multi-functional mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and components of ALRE production equipment.
• You will establish and perform preventative maintenance inspections in order to ensure efficient production processes and maintain mission readiness as well as diagnostic malfunctions early.
• You will interpret complex multi-view drawings, sketches, manufactures' specifications, and other technical material.
• You will maintain technically sophisticated machinery and equipment consisting of complex interrelationships among components.

• This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Inspecting and maintaining industrial mechanical equipment such as: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines; 2) Performing routine, corrective, and preventative maintenance and on lathes, mills, drill presses, and related shop equipment; 3) Performing general facilities maintenance and modifications such as: running support services to a machine and making foundations for a machine; 4) Establishing preventative maintenance schedules to avoid production delays; and 5) Using blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and computer-based resources/research to perform repairs within allotted timeline.
