Job Title: Assistant Retail Store Manager (Hot Tub Retail)
Location: Tucson
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Retail Store Manager to support daily operations in a specialty hot tub and wellness retail environment. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and extend our brand presence beyond the showroom through events, promotions, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, guiding customers through product selection, features, and benefits of hot tubs, spas, and related products
  • Organize and supervise off-site sales events, community outreach, and promotional activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for social media and marketing efforts, including coordinating posts, campaigns, and local outreach initiatives
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of store associates
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure showroom cleanliness and presentation
  • Track inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with order management
  • Analyze sales performance and contribute to strategies that improve results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Serve as acting Store Manager when needed

Qualifications
