Full-time, Day Shift
Work Location: In person, Greenville, SC
Job description:
We are a uniform apparel and accessories company in need of the right person to manage and take care of our day to day needs. Our customers are mostly First Responders, but include Police officers, Fire and Rescue, EMS, Transit and other Professional workers.
As a Retail Sales Manager, you must be self-motivated and results-driven. You will manage our Columbia location. This will require you to display a positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as a willingness to learn all you can about our wide range of customers and products. It is also important that you have excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9-5 pm; Closed on weekends and major holidays
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with other employees, stores and any assigned customers
  • Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as necessary
  • Develop reports on open and outstanding orders
  • Check and reply to emails
  • Maintain appropriate, organized, and detailed records of customer communication and follow-up.
  • Responsible for educating clients in the products and services offered by DESIGNLAB in an effort to create new business.
  • Answering the phones with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Assisting in cleanliness and organization of the work areas.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • The job will require computer and physical work and/or lifting.

Required Qualifications:
To perform the role of a DESIGNLAB associate effectively, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to answer the phone with proper phone etiquette. when needed.
  • Valid and active driver's license.
  • Reliable and dependable transportation.
  • Pay rate depends on qualifications.
