This role typically involves hands-on training in sales, customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and store operations. The goal is for the trainee to gain the skills and experience necessary to effectively manage their own store in the future. During the training period, they work closely with experienced managers and may gradually take on more responsibilities as they progress.
