Stockroom Associate
Join our dynamic retail team as a Stockroom Associate, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure our store runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be a vital part of a customer-focused environment, supporting inventory management and product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Organize and store inventory in designated stockrooms or storage areas
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems
- Assist with stock replenishment on sales floors to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to meet stock and display needs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail stocking, receiving, or inventory management preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
