Job description

As the OluKai Full Time Stock Lead, your kuleana (responsibility) is receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory. The position requires close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organizational skills. A personal vehicle with valid drivers license and insurance is also required for transport of goods, mileage reimbursement provided.


We have the following position(s) open for this role:

Full Time (32 or more hours per week) 

What you bring:

Responsibilities:

To be successful, candidates should possess the following:

  • Responsible for meeting the store’s needs such as receiving and processing all incoming freight, replenishing merchandise to the sales floor, and fulfillment of customers and Sales Associates requests from the sales floor
  • Ensure shipments are accurately received, neatly stocked in back room or storage facility, and consistently maintained for our Sales Associates to easily access. Proactively help the team where needed.
  • Support the effort to achieve a well-organized back room so sales team can find products and provide the customer a great in-store experience
  • Assist in biannual inventory audits to ensure stock is accurately being received and processed
  • Analyze physical inventory and reporting to create optimal replenishment orders that support future sale opportunities. Reporting to be submitted to the Store Manager weekly. 
  • Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom(s) while adhering to company standards and safety requirements.
  • 1x week sales floor shift, assisting customers, tracking sales and shadowing MOD to learn daily operations and leadership responsibilities. 
  • Responsible for processing RA’s, Transfers and Damages upon request.

Stock Lead specific needs:

  • Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift 25-30 pounds

  • Exhibits familiarity with the range of OluKai’s products
  • Works well with a team
  • Demonstrates ability to read and interpret invoices and packing slips
  • Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in the stockroom
