The Concession Brand Manager at HUGO BOSS reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for leading all aspects of the business of our retail shop-in-shop locations. You will be responsible for meeting concession regional plans and implementing sales driving strategies with a strong emphasis on building and developing relationships with our concession partners.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities and fostering cross functional partnerships within the HUGO BOSS concession network
  • Create clear, consistent, timely and effective methods of communication with all levels of business and retail partners
  • Achieve goals through effective time management while leading and developing Shop associates and managers
  • Manage approximately 4 - 5 shop locations
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain shop associates and managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the business
  • Resolve all human resource issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
  • Identify and maximize sales and opportunities for the market, working closely with the Regional Manager
  • Drive profitability in all locations through effective and efficient management and communication with your team
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to minimize loss
  • Adhere and ensure the execution of inventory management and loss prevention policies and guidelines
  • Supervise regular cycle counts, inventory management as required and communicates discrepancies
  • Effectively manage time and resources delegating when necessary and planning for the short and long term
  • Manage Financial, Operational, Commercial and People development aspects of your region to drive 'Success' across all concession shops and teams
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
  • Ensure consistent Customer Service and Visual Merchandising standards in all stores within your market to maximize sales
  • Measure levels of success and identify growth areas within the market; improving market performance
  • Implement and drive local marketing initiatives to benefit each shop within the market
  • Deliver consistency across the board by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are met in all concessions shops across the region
  • Facilitate positive and effective development across your teams, thinking about the bigger picture and how this can positively influence the Region and Business
  • Identify and deliver on every opportunity to exceed sales and profit within your market
  • To support the Regional Manager in growing the business by bringing new ideas and evidence of success to support further Brand focuses

The expected base salary for this position is$90k. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
