The Opportunity

Weโ€™re looking for a Sales Floor Associate who is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. As the face of our stores, youโ€™ll ensure every guest has a positive shopping experience while supporting the vital mission of Goodwill.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner (in person and by phone)
  • Operate the register to process transactions accurately, including discounts
  • Promote Goodwillโ€™s โ€œChange Round Upโ€ program to fuel community impact
  • Keep the checkout area and front of store clean and organized
  • Bag and wrap merchandise with care
  • Assist with merchandise displays, stocking, and returns to the sales floor
  • Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns
  • Contribute to store safety, security, and team goals
  • Provide support in training new cashiers as needed
